How can I return a product?
The buyer has the right to return unjustifiably and for any reason a product within 14 days from the delivery date by written notification of his request to the company at email@example.com
What is the return and exchange policy?
You are entitled to return an item bought on our website, for any reason, within 14 days of the date of delivery, and receive a full refund. All returns must be:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
- With receipt included
- Return costs are borne by the customer, unless real defects are identified
What is your policy about faulty items?
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your jewel. Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that we can proceed to a repair, replacement or a full refund of your order.
In which cases return/change of a product is not possible?
We cannot accept responsibility:
- for any items lost or stolen in transit
- for specially customized or manufactured products according to customer specifications
When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 5 business days to process your refund. All refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account.
- If your order was paid upon delivery, we will contact you for your bank information to complete the refund.
- For all international orders the amount that covers shipping costs is excluded from the refund.
- For all orders placed in Greece, we do not charge any shipping costs for return items.
